The Sirius Building is an apartment complex in the Rocks district of Sydney. The complex was originally built to rehouse public tenants who had been displaced after a controversial redevelopment of the suburb during the 1960s and 70s. However, a decision to sell the building in 2015, put the building at risk of demolition and sparked considerable public debate. In 2019 the New South Wales government announced that Sirius would be redeveloped into apartments, retail and commercial spaces rather than be demolished.
The renovation of these apartments includes KNX automation with Basalte technology, which delivers not only the style and sophistication required to meet the brief for these classic apartments but also the well-thought-through simplicity of the user interaction with the technology.

Intesis have just released two new products in their 700 Series, which enable multiple protocol combinations to be programmed in one device, using the Intesis MAPS configuration software.
