Theben recently presented a webinar with lots of detail on their latest releases and updates, click here to watch the full replay.
One of their latest releases is the DALI-2 Room Solution, which can be used to improve workplace productivity, wellness in care environments and increase learning focus in classrooms. This solution includes presence detectors and sensors, push-button interfaces and switch
actuators with HCL functionality, RGBW lighting and time-controlled functions. Read more about the Theben DALI-2 Room Solution here.
Theben have also released a 2022 KNX product catalogue. Please note that Theben RF products are currently not available in Australia.

New Demonstration Websites

Basalte have created two very nice (as you'd expect) demonstration platforms for their ellie and lisa
touchscreens. The demo sites enable you to play with the functionality of the touchscreens as if you were actually using the product.

New Zennio Touchscreens 2022
|
|
|
|
|
Zennio have recently announced
that they will be adding two new touchscreens the Z50 and Z100 to their Z series touchscreen family later this year.
Along with the new touchscreens, Zennio have also confirmed the ZenControl voice control license is soon to be released. ZenVoice allows control of your KNX installation using voice assistants (Alexa and Google) using embedded functionality in the control touch panel.

Beckhoff Automation with Faradite Motion Sensors

|
|
|
Beckhoff is a common and well established commercial automation solution used in Australia. The Beckhoff I/O range of bus terminals feature many digital and analogue input modules that can be used to integrate with the Faradite range of Motion Sensor 360s. We have produced a detailed blog post explaining how to connect Faradite sensors to Beckhoff systems.

These are the latest price changes:
ABB
A price increase of 3% will apply to all products from April 11th 2022.
Basalte
An average price increase of 4%
was applied from March 1st 2022.
Theben
A price
increase of between 0 - 3.7% with an average of 1.9% from May 1st 2022.- Pricing on any projects already quoted will continue to be honoured for the validity period of your quote. If not specified this is 30 days from the time of issue of your quote.
- Pricing on any orders placed but not received as yet will also be honoured.
- If you have projects you have already quoted and you require price protection for a longer period, please contact your account manager before the price increase takes effect and we will do what we can to help.
